 
The ‘Show Ring’ is an avenue that NEMDA is only beginning to explore, and our goal with conformation events is to educate us further about the Entlebucher’s conformation and its relationship to the ‘whole’ dog; while having fun with our Entles and each other.
A conformation show is not a beauty pageant. The judges are looking for the dog and bitch that conforms to the breed standard and is sound in structure and temperament.
Along with two Shows, we are including spayed and neutered Entles in a Sweepstakes Match at Entlefest each year. Because most of our puppies are sold as pets and we want our breeders (along with the judges) to have an overall look at the Entlebuchers that their Kennels produce.
We appreciate your participation in our annual Shows at Entlefest, and also appreciate the effort you make to attend Shows, as well as participating in other canine sports and events sponsored by other organizations. Hopefully your participation will always be enjoyable for you and your Entle, as well as helpful to your breeder, and educational for everyone.
